“Eco-friendly thermal protection: Save costs and reduce your carbon footprint with our Thermal liner”
Save from €2000 per container with just 5 or 10 minutes installing our patented system.
Protection for your products from temperature and moisture-related damage in hygienic environments.
Reduction of the carbon footprint by using less energy
The insulator hangs inside the container allowing air circulation and avoiding heat transmission through contact.
Satisfy customers and avoid costly claims
Importer or exporter, both win with the solution. We advise both parties
Reusable.
*) Optional. You will be able to extend your quality control up to destination. Monitor temperature, light, humidity, and impacts to the cargo via GPS by downloading our measurements to your PC or Mobile Phone with constant updates. We provide and administer devices for that.
Embatuff - Thermal liner
Embatuff® Thermal Liner is a thermal blanket made for the inside of DRY VAN shipping containers. It is designed to protect cargo from irreversible damage caused by extreme temperature and moisture.
The thermal blanket for containers also generates a hygienic environment by isolating the cargo from odour and dirt helping to reduce the carbon footprint by not needing energy and being reusable.
The EMBATUFF thermal liner is insulating material used to line the interior of shipping containers loaded with goods that are sensitive to high or low temperatures.
Shipping containers may reach temperatures of over 60º C during the day. That temperature can fall by 15º C or more during the night, which creates condensation on the walls and ceilings
Although the obligations and risks in the EXW incoterm fall entirely on the importer, the exporter's brand and quality should not be exposed. Ultimately, both parties would benefit or be harmed. A thermal blanket could be a solution to protect the cargo during transportation and prevent potential damage.
• The following installation system may be even quicker, because the fixed bars are already fitted in their guide bars in the fabric of the thermal container blanket.
• The third system is the most complex of them all, because it is intended for use in taller standard containers, such as 40 ft. high cubes (HC 40’). You will need a ladder to reach the roof. However, this installation can be completed in about 20 minutes. Straps and carabiners are used in this type of assembly to lift the structure inside the container.
Our advertising flyer demonstrates the steps to take for installing the thermal blanket. There are also step-by-step installation videos available on the website
One of the biggest differences is that the Embatuff is a comprehensive isolation and insulation system. It is a bag within a container and not a cover stuck to the walls, ceiling or door.
