The thermal top blanket covers the pallets with a layer of insulation material over the entire upper part of the pallets draping over the door side.
It focuses its insulation mainly on the upper part of the cargo given that it is the one that receives the most heat.
For short trips or in low heat situations, they may be sufficient depending on the sensitivity of the load.
Their advantage lies in their quick application, although they do not offer uniform protection.
They are also very useful to be applied as an additional protection to the thermal liner or thermal wall blanket inside the sea container.
They create a second barrier that upgrades the protection installed in the container by easily reducing 3 - 6ºC the peak temperature.
Due to their easy application and dimensions, they can also be used in truck loading.
